SOMERSET COUNTY OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUNDING
Funding Opportunity available to better serve Somerset County residents with Opioid Substance Use Disorder services!
The Somerset County Commissioners and the Somerset Single County (SCA) for Drug & Alcohol are accepting requests for funding proposals (RFP) from interested organizations and agencies for innovative and strategic programs related to the Opioid epidemic in Somerset County. As a result of the Distributors and Johnson & Johnson Settlement funds coming into Somerset County, we will be reviewing applications that will serve the Community. Applications will be reviewed by the diverse community represented Somerset SCA Advisory Board.
Through allocation of these settlement funds, we strive to:
Maximize the impact of current opioid-related initiatives;
Protect life and improve the quality of life for our community members;
Assist in elevating prevention, intervention, treatment, recovery and diversion programs;
Continue building effective substance use disorder services for Somerset County residents;
Provide a funding stream for sustainable, collaborative, and focused projects.
